Built on Science.
Committed to Pakistan.
Three generations of agricultural leadership — rooted in research, delivered through integrity, and measured in the farmer’s yield.
Pakistan feeds itself from the
labor of its farmers.
What they have rarely had is a supply chain worthy of that effort — built on verified science, honest product, and a commitment that holds when the season turns hard. Valiant was founded to be that supply chain.
In 1962, Dr. Faqir Muhammad Chauhdry earned his PhD in Agriculture in Australia, then spent three decades inside the global agricultural industry — across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Libya, and Saudi Arabia. He saw, at the highest level, what agriculture looks like when it functions as it should.
In 1994, he came home to Pakistan. In full force.
He founded Dawn Agro Services in Rahim Yar Khan in 1995 — and spent the years that followed transferring three decades of global expertise directly into the fields and decisions of Pakistan’s farmers. No institutional filter. The knowledge, and the farmer.
In 1998, Muhammad Anwar Anjum Chauhdry joined him. One brought the science. The other built the systems. Together they founded Valiant Agro Chemicals in 2000 and Valiant Seed Corporation in 2010.
What began as two men and a conviction is today three entities — 500+ active dealers, a 5,000+ farmer network, 50+ certified varieties across seed crop categories. Built without shortcuts. Across thirty years.
Dr. Faqir Muhammad Chauhdry passed in 2021, leaving behind institutions held to a standard he spent his life defining. In 2024, Dr. Muhammad Nakhal Jarar Chauhdry joined — third generation, modern agronomy, the same standard.
The work continues.
Three Generations.
One Standard.
“Pakistan’s farmer is not less capable, not less intelligent, not less deserving than any farmer I encountered anywhere in the world. The only difference is what he has been given access to. That is not his failure. It is ours — and it is ours to correct.”
He spent three decades at the frontier of global agriculture — across America, Britain, Germany, Libya, and Saudi Arabia — then returned to Pakistan to give every bit of it away, to the farmers and dealers who had never had access to it. He was a scientist who understood that precise research means nothing if the right seed never reaches the right field. A builder of institutions. A keeper of standards.
We honor him by maintaining what he would have accepted. And no lower.
“Thirty years ago, Dr. Faqir and I made a simple decision: to build something Pakistan’s farmer could actually rely on — not in good years, but when everything else fails. That decision has not changed. What has changed is the scale of what the farmer is facing — costs that have made thin margins thinner, a climate rewriting the rules of cultivation, a certified seed gap that remains one of the most consequential failures in this nation’s food security. Our answer is what we have always done: better certified varieties every season, trained agronomic teams in the field, and a research foundation for the climate-resilient crops the coming conditions will demand. We are a family that has farmed this commitment for thirty years. The farmer knows where to find us — because we have never been anywhere else.”
“My grandfather brought the world’s agricultural science home to Pakistan. My father built the enterprise that delivered it to the farmer. My responsibility is to take that into the next era — and the work has already begun. We are expanding our certified variety portfolio every season, selecting for yield, disease resistance, and climate adaptability. We are building farmer training programs and soil testing services. Our agronomic teams are moving from reactive dealer support to proactive field presence. Further ahead: a research pipeline for hybrid varieties and biochemical crop protection — drawing on scientific frameworks from the world’s leading agricultural economies. Climate-resilient varieties, precision input systems, evidence-based agronomy — being researched, tested, and built right now. Pakistan’s agricultural future will be secured by science applied with discipline. That is what this generation of Valiant is building — on thirty years of earned ground.”
🌿 Vision
Valiant exists to advance Pakistan’s food security through science. We develop and deliver certified, climate-adaptive agricultural solutions — from high-yield seed varieties to biochemical crop protection — supported by agronomic field programs, soil intelligence, and a long-term research commitment to hybrid innovation. Sustainable agriculture is not an aspiration for us. It is the standard we have worked to for thirty years — and the one we intend to raise.
🎯 Mission
To deliver certified, science-backed seeds and crop protection solutions — with zero compromise on quality — to Pakistan’s farmers, through a dealer network and agronomic field presence held to the same standard as the products we carry.
What We Stand On.
🌾 Farmer First
The first question in every decision we make. Not the last.
🔬 Scientific Integrity
Certified. Verified. Measurable in the farmer’s own yield.
🤝 Earned Credibility
Built season by season. Never bought. Never compromised.
⚖️ Generational Accountability
We make decisions as a family that will live with their consequences. That changes everything.
💰 Honest Commerce
The farmer’s yield is the only measure of whether we did our job. Everything else is secondary.
